vipph4 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "vipph4," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the vipph4 platform, its operators, affiliates, and subsidiaries responsible for the operation of the website and gaming services accessible at vipph4.cam.
• "Platform" means the vipph4 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services, features, games, and content made available to registered players.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the vipph4 Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration on the vipph4 Platform.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a Player's vipph4 Account, comprising real-money deposits and credited winnings, net of withdrawals and wagers.
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-withdrawable promotional credits, free bet allocations, free spins winnings, or other incentive amounts credited to an Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a Player using GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, or any other accepted payment method, which are distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity verification process required by vipph4 and applicable regulations, which may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• "Applicable Laws" means all applicable Philippine laws, regulations, guidelines, and directives, including those issued by PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, as they relate to online gaming operations.

By accessing the vipph4 Platform, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or by otherwise using any part of the vipph4 service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
• You have read and accepted the vipph4 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Philippine law; and
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in your jurisdiction.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vipph4. You are encouraged to save or print a copy of these Terms for your records.

Access to and use of the vipph4 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or participate in any gaming activity on the vipph4 Platform. This minimum age requirement is consistent with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. vipph4 strictly enforces this policy and will verify your age as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all associated winnings will be forfeited, and any Real Money Funds will be returned to the source payment method subject to verification.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

The vipph4 Platform is operated for and directed at players in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for determining the legality of such access under local laws. vipph4 does not warrant that the Platform is legal to access in all jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

3.3 Capacity

You represent and warrant that you are not acting under legal incapacity, are not subject to a self-exclusion order issued by any gaming regulatory authority or operator, and are not prohibited from engaging in gaming activities by any court order, regulatory directive, or applicable law.

3.4 Employees and Associates

Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of vipph4, as well as immediate family members of such persons, are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in real-money gaming activities on the Platform without the prior written consent of vipph4 management.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use the vipph4 Platform, you are required to register a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You must notify vipph4 promptly of any changes to your registered information.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may maintain only one (1) active Account on the vipph4 Platform. Registering or attempting to register multiple Accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. vipph4 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated transactions and winnings, and permanently suspend the affected player.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vipph4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.4 KYC Verification

vipph4 may at any time request that you complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the restriction or suspension of your Account and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

vipph4 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to minimum and maximum deposit limits published on the Cashier page. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

You warrant that all funds deposited into your vipph4 Account are sourced from lawful means and that you are the legitimate holder of the payment method used. vipph4 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the name on your payment account must match the name on your vipph4 Account.

vipph4 is not responsible for any fees, currency conversion charges, or delays imposed by your bank or payment service provider. Deposits that fail to reach your vipph4 Account due to technical issues should be reported to support immediately with proof of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours under normal operating conditions, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed the KYC verification process;
• No active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled on the balance being withdrawn;
• Your Account is in good standing with no pending investigations or restrictions; and
• The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.

vipph4 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any such review by the support team.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. vipph4 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts or accounts in a name other than that of the registered Account holder.

vipph4 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. vipph4 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before associated winnings may be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn.
• Real Money Funds are used before Bonus Funds in all wagering activity unless otherwise stated.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, per device, or per payment method.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories (e.g., slots, live casino, sports betting) may vary. Specific contributions are published on the Promotions page.
• vipph4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances with active wagering requirements will be honoured under the original terms.

All games and betting markets available on the vipph4 Platform are governed by specific game rules published on the relevant game pages. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

vipph4 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all non-live games, independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. The RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are provably random and not subject to manipulation by vipph4 or any player.

In the event of a technical failure, software error, or malfunction during any game session, vipph4 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant stake. Winnings generated from a demonstrable software error will not be honoured. vipph4 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and resolve any disputes promptly.

All bets placed on the vipph4 Platform are final once confirmed. Players cannot cancel or modify a bet after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vipph4 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing hands in poker or coordinating betting strategies in live games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an advantage over the Platform or other players;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other means to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or vipph4 staff in any communication channel; and
• Engaging in any activity that vipph4 reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity, operation, or reputation of the Platform.

vipph4 employs sophisticated fraud detection and anti-collusion monitoring systems. Upon detection of prohibited conduct, vipph4 will take immediate action including Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities where applicable.

vipph4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Filipino players seriously. The Platform provides the following tools accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard stops on the duration of your gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of 24 hours to six (6) months; and
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the vipph4 Platform.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new Accounts or circumvent the exclusion in any way.

vipph4 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the vipph4 Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vipph4 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and KYC verification providers only to the extent necessary for the lawful operation of the Platform. All third-party data processors are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vipph4 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or technical problems outside vipph4's reasonable control;
• Errors or omissions in any content published on the Platform, provided that vipph4 takes reasonable steps to ensure accuracy;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials; and
• Any financial losses resulting from your gaming activity on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit vipph4's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

vipph4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account and/or withhold your Account balance at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• vipph4 has reason to believe that your Account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes;
• vipph4 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law;
• You are found to be under the age of 21; or
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity, security, or operation of the Platform.

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting the vipph4 support team. Any available Real Money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds not subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their formation, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact the vipph4 customer support team to seek resolution of any dispute. vipph4 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the applicable gaming regulatory authority in accordance with the procedures established by that authority.

vipph4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of any amendment.

Your continued use of the vipph4 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.
